The online gaming market in the UK has doubled in five years, with more than a million bettors regularly betting by the web. According to a poll administered by the Dept. of Culture, Media and Sport, English gamblers make up approximately one-third of Europe’s approximated total of three point three million internet gamblers.

The average cash amount bet by every punter is approximated at £1,000, with the European industry now valued at three point five billion pounds annually.

Amongst the 70 net betting web sites in the United Kingdom, few are gaming websites promoting casino card games like poker and blackjack. A majority of the planet’s two thousand online wagering casinos are stationed in locations with dubious web casino codes. Antigua and Costa Rica account for more than one thousand casinos between them.

The Government in the United Kingdom is hoping to introduce practices and a tax setup to streamline the operating of the online gaming industry. With this type of regulatory framework in place, net gambling activities would be monitored and the industry can hope to acquire even greater heights in the next few years.
